February marks the celebration of Black History. We are reminded of the struggles, efforts, heroic acts, innovative ideas, and triumphs of those on whose shoulders we stand.

Their stories give us hope to continue dreaming and forging paths. To rise up and take our place as leaders, visionaries and trailblazers. We understand the power and strength in numbers. We believe that we can do all things through Christ which strengthens us.

We must operate from a place of love. We must accept people with cultures different than our own. Diversity and inclusion matter. We must work together to impact change and achieve forward progress.

All praise is due our God.
